Great little family owned station. Walked in and the attendant(Ben) was joking and laughing with the ice cream vendor. There seemed to be a misunderstanding between a customer regarding gas selection when prepaying. Looked as though he was doing his best to rectify the situation, so the lady was happy. He was very apologetic.

Paid with a gift card at the gas pump. Once it was finished I was approached my the owner to pay inside. Confused I went in to make sure I paid. They wouldn't check if my gift card balance was 0 and kept telling me I didn't pay when I showed them the gift card transaction history on my phone. I was stuck here for 15 min before they told me to give them my number and name and leave. They did not take my side at all and kept insisting they were right even when I showed them wrong. Go to another gas station if you have a giftcard

Beware! They don't offer Journie points. Passed several service stations with cheaper posted gas prices. They excuse is that this station does not participate in the Journie program. My regrets are that I could not pump the gas out of my car and I could not give this station zero stars.

I went right now to use their washroom they told me only for customers i said i need to use the washroom urgently i will buy something after i use your washroom buy they refused me and actually i had to buy a chocolate before i can use their washroom but i decided not to use their washroom and i told them keep this washroom with you the Chinese lady was very rude there was no sign which says washroom is only for customers they don't have any customers service nor any courtesy towards the customer i would higly recommend anyone attending this gas station to avoid it

They are not accepting Journie card. The guy said some location has a choice" wow...UPDATE FOR THE RESPONSE...You know ppl are not really checking apps for these things. Especially nowadays when almost everything is happening on the phone

THEY DO NOT OFFER JOURNIE PROGRAM! I been here 3 times, first a caucasian guy said the scan machine isnt working, second a asian lady said its not available at the moment, third A Vietnamese lady was very rude, i saw the scan machine is working this time so i tried to scan but before i did that she cursed at me… Would NEVER come by this station one more time, this station isnt cheap either, always 1 cent cheaper than the highest price by other competitors…

No JOURNIE, and no card payment.The owners think they are smart to save money by wasting customers time.Well, I would suggest we should be a smarter customer, save all the time for the owners. Go somewhere else as the owners told us to.

I saw somebody came out of restroom but store attendent lady refused to use it to me which i can totally see on her face she dont want me to use restroom even dis respect me saying that we dont let use our washroom to drivers

I bought gas from this station on April 4, 2022 at 22:19. I wanted to use the toilet, they had an ugly facial expression as if they were rudely refused. I live nearby, I always got gas from here, but I will not go again. But now I looked at the comments, more than 100 complaints There is, but the company does nothing. I decided not to buy gas from any other Ultramar, I will tell everyone I know about this situation.
