It’s because of Ben I keep coming back to Westland. Ben greets me from the time I come through the door, whether a brief acknowledgment by a nod or a wave to come over to his desk. He cares for my best interest and provides me options. I switched when Ben transferred to Westland. Thank you Ben for your integrity and answering my questions.Thank you Westlands for going the extra mile when I arrived just before closing a few days ago. Went in to renew insurance for Motorcycle and my car. Sat with Nicole. She was great at explaining my options for what I needed. Saved me money where she could. She helped when I had questions about travel insurance and got me set up with it. Overall Nicole was informative and knowledgeable. It made my visit to Westland very positive.

I am writing about my experience at Westland Insurance, specifically the manager of the Hope, BC branch, Heather High.I was working away from home and my vehicle insurance expired. Not only that, I couldn't locate my insurance documents.Heather saw me immediately and made it so easy. She had replacement documents printed and I was all set within minutes. She was friendly, professional, fun and reassuring. (I was stressed out!!)Again today I called her about purchasing home coverage. As before, she was gracious with her time and very helpful and kind.I am now a committed Westland customer! :)

Was having a really bad day after loosing my husband so I was feeling down in the dumps until I walked into Westland . I Had a great positive experience as soon as I opened that door. A new trainee Sandra is learning and studying at her desk and she was the first one to make me feel welcome. Needed transfer papers and she got up to greet me out of her desk and went to the papers at the front to hand them to me even with a smile! Very positive and friendly!! Must go see Sandra ! Even if it’s for a hello :)

As a first time user of phoning in my insurance renewal, Kaitlyn led me through the process with ease.My insurance policy was reviewed prior to me being sent the documentation and I was guided through the process of e-signing. Kaitlyn made the process feel very straightforward and pleasant.

Westland are very efficient, it never takes me as long as I think it will to get the things done that I need to get done. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ben is very knowledgable in many areas but excels in Vehicle insurance.
