À fois que j'appelle à leur service à la clientèle, j'attends un minimum de 35 minutes avant que quelqu'un me réponde. Pendant qu'on attend, ils osent dire qu'ils savent que notre temps est précieux. Malgré mes plaintes....zéro amélioration.

SCAM!!!! these scammers charged my credit cars 355$ and promised to credit the money back into my account OVER A MONTH AGO and they still havent done so. I just called them and they're REFUSING to give my money back, pretending they NEVER promised such a thing. Worst company EVER. The customer service agents cant even speak English. GO WITH FIDO GUYS!!

For anyone considering working here, this is your fair warning. You will be overworked and underpaid. CONSTANT reminders by the company about work values and engagement while treating their employees as expendable cattle. Management prioritizes stats and $$$ over the people under them. The director of this call center is a clown who does not care about the massive burnout rate of her employees. They prefer agents leave and be replaced by new ones than fixing the actual issues. They will gaslight you with monthly meetings about mental health, when THEYRE the primary source of stress, depression and sick leave of their own people. If you care about your health, work life balance and well being, DO NOT WORK HERE.
