We always rent from Cooper and always had a great experience with them. Yesterday we rented a lift and could not use it due to the height restrictions. Called Cooper back and they took their equipment back without charging us for anything. They are very understanding and work with you to make sure you have a great experience. Cooper has been really great this year. We've spent several thousand on machine rentals since April and they have bent over backwards to make sure I get what I need as soon as I need it. The bracebridge store has really gone out of their way to make sure we are happy. Shout out to Debbie and Terry

I am edditing my review since I've dealt further with Copper and would still consider the rental a 5 star. Service staff is knowledgeable and willing to assist. Prices are excellnt when compared to other suppliers and deliver is quick. After two Reno's I would consider Copper my go to place for small contractor rental. I've also had an experience to deal with Copper for a contractor rental perspective and would still consider them a 5 star.

They are my #1 call every time I need something, and I rarely bother to check their prices against other rental companies(there's no point).
