McCoy-Tower Limousine Service

My family has been using this service for more than a few years now. When my parents flew into Toronto a couple of weeks ago, expecting to be picked up according to their reservation, there was no limo to bring them home. When we called the after hours line, we were told to get home any way we could and that our cost would be paid for. This was not the case. They did not take responsibility for the error or pay for the transportation to get home. It blows my mind that in a town as small as Kingston, that a business refuses to make it right with the customer. Word of mouth can be very damaging, and I can say that at least 20-50 people have been told about this. My entire extended family that uses this service multiple times each year to get to and from the airport will now use another company.

We rented one of their sedans for a wine tour for a 30th birthday party. Our driver, Wayne, was both professional and personable. He showed up right on time, was early, and willing to go the extra mile to make our lives easier. He was always immediately available with right to door service for all of our stops and was readily available to help us load and unload our items. Car and driver truly made a positive impact on our day and experience all around. I would definitely use their service again.

Recently took part in a business trip to Hamilton using this service and the experience was very good. Our original reservation vehicle was unavailable so we were upgraded without charge. The driver was exceptional and dealt with changes smoothly and professionally. Would use again.
