I researched the place and found the servicea they offered that I needed. Showed up once without an appointment, only waited 10 minutes. Showed up with an appointment and only waited 5 minutes. Getting an appointment is tricky though, because you can't do it online.The doctor was nice and accommodating. And followed COVID protocols. She answered all my questions and I always leave with what I went there for.

Médecin antipathique, autoritaire, pas à l'écoute, sans empathie. Elle n'a clairement pas envie d'être avec vous et vous le fait sentir tout le long de la visite qui bien que courte semble interminable tant elle est désagréable. De plus elle n'a absolument pas géré mon problème, ni ma douleur. Ma situation s'est juste aggravée après la visite, cette femme ne devrait pas être médecin. De plus le cabinet est immonde et mal géré, la chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionne pas, les toilettes sales et pleine de m....., elle te fait meme y retourner pour remettre la chasse d'eau en place pendant que tu lui parles de ton soucis . La médecin" a meme laissé la porte ouverte pendant ma consultation

As others have said - this is the perfect doctor to see if you want to wait a long time and be treated like an idiot. The receptionist is friendly, however. I definitely will not return.

My worst experience in my life so far! I was so offended! I almost cried there! NEVER GO THERE!!!!

If you wish to feel judged and inadequate, this clinique is for you! I went there for my annual STD tests and because of the answers I gave the doctor, she practically told me there and then that it sounded like herpes. I went to another clinique to get the tests because she doesn't do blood draws, and I am completely clean; however, I did feel extremely stressed during the 2 week wait for the results.I also went there twice for a tonsillitis, but the wait was about 2 hours and when she saw me it took barely 2 minutes.She likes to lecture you and make you feel like an idiot.

Best visit ever. Everything was fine. Doctor checked my child from her heart. She is such a wonderful person and pharmacy members are also very supportive and caring. Thanks for everything.

Le lieu peut paraître ancien mais les protocoles covid sont bien respectés. La médecin est compétente et attentionnée, elle vérifie tout donc ça peut prendre un peu de temps m'as elle m'a toujours rappelé pour les rendez-vous et expliqué en détail. De même à la pharmacie en tandem en bas, il faut prévoir un peu de temps mais le personnel est professionnel et patient.

I arrived at the Clinique and handed the receptionist paper for blood work. I asked the receptionist if I can get a blood test there, and she said yes... About halfway through my wait time of about two hours, I asked the receptionist again, if I can have a blood test, to be certain, as I had my doubts, and am not very familiar with clinics. She again said yes.. After getting admitted to the doctor, the doctor questioned why I want the blood test, then finally told me that they don't do blood tests, and that I should go to the hospital.. For the two hours of waiting, it would be nice if the receptionist let me know that they can't offer me service... Instead I waited, and they end up billing the government for a patient visit... That's very low. I how they get shut down.

My best experience so far with a walk-in clinic. The secretary was polite and friendly, and the doctor really took her time. She even suggested a follow-up consultation instead of just sending me to my family doctor. She gave me a prescription that I filled right away at the pharmacy downstairs. Amazing client service there as well! Highly recommend the clinic + pharmacy and the professionals working there!
