Altum Health - Vaughan

Altum health helped me achieved my goals of recovery. I was involved in a accident where someone pulled me down to the floor with all their weight, caused me to injure my back. I saw many doctors and had many xrays, MRIs and Ct scans done. I was told that only 5% of people make a full recovery of back injuries and that I am not part of the 5%. Also, I was told to look at options of changing my career. I was told many negative things. I suffered from uncontrolled pain for months regardless of the many pain medications/treatments. To top it off those medications had many unpleasant side effects. I had my injury in October of 2021 and started my therapy with Altum in March 2022. The best thing to ever happen to me in regards of this injury is to have Aubrey as my kinesiologist. Regardless of uneffective medications and pain management treatments, she believed in me. She didn't treat me as just a patient, she treated me like a human. She had compassion. She knew when to push me harder and when to remind me to take it easy. She was there for me every step of the way. I went from unable to have full range of motion or even pick up a pillow to being able to lift heavy weights. I would like to publicly thank her for being a great kinesiologist and even better human. Being a 23 year old with a back injury that turned my life around, almost unrecognizable is a horrible experience but I am thankful to Aubrey and Altum for being there and believing in me. July 06 of 2022, I am at 85% recovery and happy to say that I am officially discharged from treatment. I hope you guys are as lucky as I am in landing an expert kinesiologist to be with you ever step of recovery.

Very helpful with my back injury and extending treatment with a home exercise program. Very happy with the progress and the help from the team, especially Aubrey for full attention on my behalf. Everybody was very pleasant all the time.

Everyone is so friendly. I love Altum health. They helped me in recovering fully after falling off 30ft to gaining back my full strength and even made me much stronger to the point where I broke the treadmill while running fast lol on my last day. From Nancy who shared such beautiful words to inspire me to Alfred who motivated me to push harder to Alex who always welcomed me at the front desk with such beautiful energy and the other front desk ladies who always shared beautiful smiles in the morning to brighten your day. Thanks to you all and GOD because of you all I am fully recovered.

I was sent to the Vaughan location to help recover from my surgery. Alex that workers up front was great on always making sure I was scheduled in when needed. I did deal with a few people there but 90% of the work was done by Alfred and he was great!! If it wasn't for him I really didn't think I would have gotten better.Hands down to Altum Health Vaughan!!

I went to ALTUM Health late last year, having attended a previous clinic with no significant results. Aubrey my assigned physiotherapist did an amazing job in getting me back on my feet, with a stringent workout plan, and an approachable, supportive and friendly demeanor. And with the assistance from Krystina and Vinye my experience though challenging at times, was pretty smooth due to the additional support. You ladies are awesome and the overall team is great.
