Not the best service, nor did my ballons last long. Bought 10 ballons, some were overfilled, some were not tied properly and already had one ballon that popped (less than 24 hours from pick up). Ive bought ballons from dollartree that lasted for months! Don't waste your money here and check out another location.

It was okay. it didn't have many skirts to choose from, and most of the candy was out of stock but probably because we could take 10 candies for 1$. Other than that, there's lots of options to choose from for the different costume sets! I think that it's also a good place to go to for Halloween decorations.

Ruined my surprise plan for my girlfriends birthday, ordered my balloons less than 2 weeks ago and couldn’t find my balloons because they were in the back of the store which they didn’t bother checking until after an hour once I called again. I told them my name and phone number 3 times and they still couldn’t find my order because they don’t know how to use a computer properly and enter a phone number into a computer. Thanks for wasting my time. If you struggling doing a minimum job you need to reconsider your existence.

Worst customer service. If you would like to spend 45 min for 1 balloon you can use their services. I was waiting in line while customer representative was picking and choosing who is going next.My suggestion is picking any dollar store , they are much more efficient in their job.

Bought two costumes this year from party city. One was all good, the other, absolute nightmare:1st time: missing half the pieces2nd time missing the other half of the pieces.3rd time. Can't help me because they sold the other costume.... That was missing pieces!!Went back to return costume. Not keeping a $60 costume that's missing pieces. Won't refund.I did leave with the missing pieces, so there's that but pretty sure they are from a different size costume as they are noticeably smaller from the first time I tried them.Check thoroughly if you buy from Party City NewmarketThe staff give zero ****s

Extremely dissatisfied. I purchased a number balloon as I do every year which was great, but I also brought in 10 balloons of my own to be blown up. Over $2 EACH to fill. At pickup there was only 8 balloons. They told me they popped them but would do anything about it since they're is no guarantee. I was most definitely not informed of this prior to bringing my balloons in. The balloons I brought in were extremely over filled. I had two pop taking them out of the bag. I will not be doing this in the future. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of doing the same. My daughter was very sad to see many of her specially ordered balloons become less and less

The customer service at this location was great, not sure about all the negative reviews. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with everything we asked for. Selection is great at this store, only taking away a star for inflated pricing and lack of promotions, especially on the Triangle loyalty app.

Not a good experience at all, this is the last time I do this shop !!!! Yesterday at 9 I took balloons and already at 6 in the morning Balloon 1 even fell. Not satisfied at all

Came here Friday evening to purchase 10 heart shaped latex helium balloons, but they didn’t even last 12 hours. I needed them Saturday afternoon for a birthday party, but the balloons no longer floated way before than. Super disappointing, I paid almost $3 per balloon and feel ripped off.
