Interesting how the 1 star reviews are deleted and the owner puts up a 5 star review in her own name.Anyway, I will never purchase from this company again. Purchased dog treats Dec 20th, sent a email the 31st and also a fb message about where my order was because there was absolutely zero communication after I paid. Nothing again so I contacted once again Jan 5th and filed a paypal dispute to get my money back.Finally sent me a email Friday apologizing, will send out the order by Purolator to arrive Tuesday and refund. I requested the tracking number, surprise surprise zero communication and have not recieved the order that was apparently shipped. At least paypal is sending me a refund.You do realize the absolute bare minimum is communicating that there will be a delay right? Couldn't even do that. ✌** Update** Regarding the owner's response below I would say I respectfully disagree. Nothing was received and PayPal refunded through their Buyer Protections, you ignored my attempts at communication. I refuse to argue and I will not alter my review as it is justified feedback warning potential buyers.
