Worst customer service. They give you a crumpled up receipt and when you for a digital copy you get told no.Rude receptionist about it too. Could've easily done it but told me straight up i dont have time"way to go"

Great service.....all the way around from the scale person to the loader operator. The material is top notch...I would recommend them to any 1 looking for gravel.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I had the worst experience ever. I checked their website online and used their volume calculator. It said that I needed .75 cubic meters of the material I needed(gravel minus). I came in and was expecting a conveyor belt that automatically calculates how many ton .75 cubic meter is and transfer it on my truck. I was wrong and so I was told to go and follow a hauling truck. They poured those gravel at the back and only waited for a signal for the pourer to stop. When I came back to their office the woman said I have 1/2 ton amount and charged me $30 bucks(minimum charge for every visit ($10 per ton)). I assumed at this point that this is all I needed. I already told this woman that I needed .75 cubic meters. When I did my landscaping I ran out of gravel. So I called back asking that .75 cubic meter is really = to 1/2 ton, with a shock she told me that I needed about 1 and a 1/2 ton of the gravel. I told her you only gave me 1/2 ton. She then replied with, that's your problem". I then told her what's the point of the volume calculator if it does not give the approx weight I needed. She then said

i go there all the time with my 1 1/2 yard trailer. they are quick with the service and load me with a big excavator. i always get great service from them.

Second time ordering, good product and great customer service at a good price. The driver was skilled and was able to get to very difficult area of the property. Very professional. Thanks
