We have been using Jem Beauty for three years now and have absolutely always been impressed with their top notch costumer service skills. I order items online and receive them within 1-2 days with everything well packaged, you can tell they take pride in their business. As any business not everything goes as planned and with my recent issue, they were very accommodating in resolving my problems. All around, the best supply store on the lower mainland.

I am new to this company. So far I am happy with the actual items that are sent to me, but that is because the brands are good.So far the company themselves is a bit disappointing.I had an order that having it shipped to me would add $20 to my order total pointlessly (due to how their system calculated shipping and tax) and i live super super close (6 minute drive) so i thought i would pick it up.They allow in store pick up but only monday-friday and only 9-5 and not open holidays lol.This is a bit foolish considering most people are working Monday - Friday 9-5 or 8-430 and no way would get there in time.Not very customer friendly in that respect.If you are willing to pay the unnecessary shipping jump even when you live almost next door.. then I suppose the place isn't bad.But the brands they sell are good, so the products are obviously good as well so far.

This place is truly a hidden gem! While it is a wholesale store, they also sell to retail customers too which I greatly appreciate. There is such a wide selection of beauty products, from hair, nails, makeup, waxing and so much more. The owners and workers there are also so friendly and helpful. They also accommodated and adjusted very well during COVID, and are still doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend shopping here!

This is a really great place to buy beauty supplies and is one of the few places that will sell to the general public (aka those of us without any form of an esthetician license.) You will have to set up an account with them and sign in at each visit with a piece of photo ID, but it is very simple.I do my own gel nails at home and purchase all of my nail supplies from Jem Beauty Supply. The prices are really good and they often have specials or reduced prices if you buy multiple items from a brand. The staff there are really helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell.They do offer ship-to-home if you purchase online but there is a fee for shipping. If you want to order online and pick-up in-store there is no charge.

Tbh their website has a lot to be desired. Should be re vamped with better images but it's sufficientThe customer service in store however is amazingPlease be aware you need to order online and pick up if you want to look at anything else. It's not a regular store front

Wow, I was so impressed with their customer service and their speed at response. We love the cirepil wax and had a hard time finding reliable suppliers but we are so impressed with JEM Beauty. Definitely give them a shot if you are looking for a reliable affordable supplier
