I love this place, since I own it!Please be aware that I do not sell 'parts', as I use them for repairs. similar to a mechanic who won't sell you spark plugs, or an artist who doesn't sell paints.In the particular case of the gentleman from out of town, if I HAD sold him the lifts for his wife's shoes, he would have called me a ripoff for charging him what I charge to install them, which is what they are worth to me. Furthermore, given the number of different shapes and sizes that I inventory, he would have certainly gone home with the wrong size, which would have been of no service to him either.Next, if you come to my shop with a belittling attitude about what I do, which suggests that any monkey could do it if only they had the parts, don't expect me to be responsiive.Last but not least, if you forget to bring the shoes with you from out of town, accept responsibility for your mistake and don't blame someone else. Unless, that is, if your plan was to just buy the 'parts' for cheap.

Had a heel reattached to a work boot. Service is friendly, done fast and the repair is holding well.Absolutely recommend this place to anyone.Also, their shoelace selection is absolutely mind blowing.

I have a hard time finding footwear as my feet aren't like they used to be. I found a pair of inexpensive winter boots that made my feet happy. After one month the grommets started breaking off rendering the boots useless. Normally one would throw them away but being so comfortable I thought I would bring them down to Timeless and see what they could do. They replaced all the grommets for less than half the price of new boots! I can once again get out for my daily dog walk in comfort. Service was fast and friendly along with quality workmanship. Keep calm and cobble on!

I mailed in these boots for a Dainite sole repair. I got back a brand new pair of boots. The cork was replaced and the stitching and welt was well taken care of. I also got new laces and the waxed cotton on them feels much better than the original stock laces. Thank you Martin, you are a true artist!

My cowboy boots were in a pretty rough shape, with sentimental (and $) value attached they had to be fixed. After getting them back, they feel and look like they did brand new! (So comfy) The service was fantastic and had a decent turnaround time. Will definitely use their services again if need arises! Loved it.
