We love Midtown Animal Hospital, the Vets, Vet Techs and Staff are all incredible. They truly care about your pet and provide comprehensive care. We travel from Brighton to go here, and it’s worth it. Thank you for all that you do!

While on holiday in Ontario, one of our dogs with a complex medical history got sick. Midtown vet was prompt in accepting us in on last minute notice, and giving our dog the best care possible. She was thorough, called our specialist vet at home to consult with them multiple times, and checked up in our dog a few times a day for the following 3-4 days. We couldn’t recommend them more!!!

Dr Steele is a very honest and caring vet. He really puts the best interests of your animal as the 1st priority rather than his own profits. I definitely do trust him with the care of my elderly cat. I went in pretty sure that I wanted to do a surgery to remove a growth on my cat based on what another vets opinion but he was very honest saying we should not do an invasive surgery at her age and health conditions (kidney disease). It saved me having to put her through a stressful invasive surgery she might not live through and also saves me spending a large amount on the surgery.The front desk staff are very caring and responsive as well, especially Christelle who is such a wonderfully compassionate person!

I’ve had pets all my life and struggled finding a good vet. When I moved to Cobourg 13 years ago I came to Midtown out of convenience. From day 1, Dr Steele and Dr Johnson along with their staff, have shown nothing less than utmost care and professionalism. Their continued compassion and care for not only the pet but the owners as well have blown me away. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet.

Just had to say goodbye to my merrama lab cross Jake I cannot tell you how well we were all taken care of during this heartbreaking time...they are ecxExcellent and go far and beyond during this sad ordeal and to bid farewell outside with the sun shining and the birds singing made it so special to say goodbye...goodbye our big boy mommy and Jeremy ❤️❤️

We have found the doctors and staff very compassionate. We do not hesitate to take our new dog to them and expect we will receive the same excellent care.
