Burning Springs Spa & Thermal Pools

Nice and quiet way to spend an afternoon. I left relaxed and refreshed. I would've rated 5 stars but two of the outdoor “pools” were lukewarm and one was cold. It would be been nice to have cold, warm and hot temperatures.

We had a fabulous day at Burning Springs Spa! Started with a great hot stone massage with Alisha, who was fantastic. Then my husband and I got the day pass for the thermal pools and Himalayan Salt sauna…so good!Leslie was so amazing to us, she went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. We will definitely be back and thank you again to Leslie for being so kind and attentive!

I was in town with my husband for his conference for seven days and decided to treat myself to spa treatment.We were staying at the other Marriott and found the spa location convenient.I haven't been to a spa in 15+ years and found the spa nice and relaxing.I booked a firming wrap, and my spa attendant was Tiffany. She was pleasant and did a fantastic job. My room was quiet and comfortable.I had a good experience.

The atmosphere is perfect. They have hot (and cold) thermal pools and two saunas. You can order food and drinks and the massages my wife and I got were excellent. Wine plus a massage = super relaxed!

Enjoyed the afternoon with my husband here. The atmosphere is lovely. Facilities are clean. My only complaints are, the saunas and hot tubs are not hot enough, and the cold plunge is not cold enough. If you are not an experienced sauna goer, you may not notice that the temperatures are really not as extreme as they should be. I would still return, just for the relaxing time.

I would like to say thanks to massage therapist Alisha for deep tissue massage that I got on May 23, 2023 in Burning Springs SPA. I had a sharp pain in my back between shoulder blades and spinal cord because I lifted heavy luggage bag before my trip to Canada. I had a muscle spasm that hurt me with every breath. Alisha relaxed all those spasms and other that I had on my neck and all over might body as well. I felt relief right after the massage. I felt like I got a new body. Wow. I didn’t expect so quick and wonderful result. It was such a great experience. I definitely recommend to get massage to everyone with Alisha and I will get it next time when I will be back to visit Niagara Falls.

I did the all access pass to the spa, which consists of the indoor and outdoor hot tubs as well as saunas and an outdoor cold plunge. It only cost me $50CAD for the entire day. Such a good deal for what is offered in the all access pass. They have free tea and infused water in the spa area too. They give you a robe, a pair of sandals, and towels.They also had some great amenities in the changing room - toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, razors, shaving cream, Qtips, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower caps, hair dryers, etc. The lockers are a variety of sizes and have locks on them already.I also enjoyed the atmosphere. It was a really interesting experience to be in this wooden-theme outdoor spa area in such a mega urban city.

Girls day at this spa; began with massages; the facials were spectacular. Ugh! I’d love to get one once a week! They ladies working were so kind. Services were excellent; only con was I was very disappointed with the charcuterie board. Definitely recommend visiting.

I took a direct go train to Niagara falls and I purchased go train weekend pass for $10.It is a small spa buy it was clean and quiet. It had sauna outdoor with 3 Jacuzzis and a place to sit and unwind.Inside it had Himalayan salt sauna with good size Jacuzzis and relaxing area. It has hot tea and cold water U can enjoy. U can also order food there. Overall the experience was pleasant and shower in the locker room was clean and nice.I recommend this place
