We are very happy with our personalized ABC book. It only took a week to arrive from the date of ordering, which was fantastic considering it was coming from the US. On the website it said soft cover only, so we were very happy when the book arrived and it was hard cover. We are excited to give this book to our grandson.

Jacob’s very own trucks, was personalized as a 4th Birthday gift for my great grandson , Mason. It is the ideal book for a young child who has a keen interest in trucks.When the book arrived, I was impressed by its quality. It is a hard-cover book with bright colourful pictures. It has the fun of having animals as the vehicle drivers.The book has an educational quality as it describes the purpose of each vehicle.Most impressive to me was that the book celebrates the child’s name. What an affirmation!Although there was a misunderstanding in the delivery of the book , the problem was quickly righted by the company . I

To be honest I was pretty disappointed when I received the book I made for one of my nieces. I purchased one from this company and another from a different one for my other niece. This one looked really 'blah' compared to the other company's. The other company's was a bit bigger and had her name on the cover...which really makes a difference with the 'personalized' affect. It looked more professional overall. I'm wishing I had paid a wee bit more for the better quality one if I had have known how much better the other was going to turn out. :(

I received 2 books that I ordered-Train without a name and Special Delivery. Love the books and 8 yr old will cherish his. The baby book will thrill the new parents . Thank so much and this company has great service.
