Asia was great to deal with and answered the many questions I had when setting up my hot tub.

Every time we go to, or talk to, the people at Arctic Spa I learn a bit more about how to maintain the water in our spa. They openly share their knowledge and offer assistance by doing water analysis and demonstrating diagnostic techniques. Hats off to Asia C. the last time we were there. She spent time with us answering questions and showing us what to do. Thank you.We are really enjoying our hot tub !

This review is more so for the spa and not so much the store where we purchased it. I wish I had nothing but good things to say however that’s not the case.Our tub was delivered yesterday, October 14th. Setup was quick. First problem I had was that I could not sign in on the App. I had to call Service and get that sorted out.Second problem was the bar for the cover. One side was 2.5” longer than the other. So when you opened the cover it was on a large angle. I fixed that myself by drilling new holes for the screws and shortening the one side. Like is it that hard to use a tape measure?Third problem is my Spa Boy isn’t reading chlorine levels. So I got an error. I followed the instructions to try which was to flip the breaker off, turn back on and run all pumps for 20 mins with 2 caps of refresh and see what happens. Well not surprisingly nothing changed. My Spa Boy is producing all kinds of chlorine thinking it’s low and no change. I tested the water and of course my chlorine is through the roof. Now I’ve got a $25,000 paper weight in my backyard that’s nice to look at, but I can’t use. Tried calling for help but of course there is no help. Now I gotta wait till Monday to get ahold of somebody.Not very impressed with my experience so far. Oh well, only took 6 months to get the tub. Now that we finally have it we can look at it.

We received our hot tub beginning of September and we have had a few issues with it and when we tried to call tech support what a pain, they never answer the phone and when my wife finally got a hold of them its a 16 day wait for tech. To be honest the whole entire time dealing with this company has not been great from getting a hold of them for delivery to this tech issue so i can honestly say i would not recommend this brand of hot tub. And one of the issues we are having with the connectivity of spa boy seems to be a common issue not sure how they are going to fix that. I am hoping i never have a issue comes winter when its -30 as having wait that long is not good.update: Brent from the Arctic Spa Airport Outlet has followed up with me and he understands the concerns i am currently experiencing and they are pushing for improvements on there end.

We had the most incredible experience working with Asia and her team!! She promptly addressed any questions we had, no matter how trivial, and with such a positive attitude! The installation crew handled a very challenging access route without complaint!! Trey gave us a very thorough and detailed explanation of the maintenance of our spa and helped with the Spa Boy app setup! Thank you all for a great job!! We are already enjoying our spa!!

Just wanted to send a quote note to Brent and the friendly staff at Arctic Spa.We have had our spa the Cub" Signature with the SpaBoy feature since August 3rd and we love it. Simple and easy to operate with little to no maintenance!We have had one minor warranty issue and it was resolved within a few days.We fully recommend Arctic Spa!Thanks BrentWayne & Nicola"

Fantastic service from Asia at Arctic spa South Edmonton, from customer service down to the delivery crew.The whole process was very professional, I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.We opted for the Arctic Cub Salt water hot tub and within 2 weeks of using it iv noticed a big difference in the softness of our skin and my aching joints!

Asia did an amazing job being very informative, patient and friendly. She was so approachable when we arrived and not pushy at all. We were not coming into the show to purchase anything but after we met Asia, took up alot of her time with questions and took awhile to come up with a decision. She jumped into superwoman mode and got us exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier with artic spa. The delivery team was amazing, the set up went flawlessly and the spa has been working like a dream.

The worst service I have ever received. Purchased a hot tub from them in September and it had a 6-8 month build time which is understandable given the pandemic. Sales guy was super nice and friendly until he actually got the sale. Never heard from him once after the deposit was paid, no follow up or anything. Alot of empty promises from our sales guy such as Get the salt water tub and you have zero maintenance or chemical testing" which was a complete lie. The delivery guys show up to install the tub and they start to go over all the things we have to do with the chemicals. This came as a complete shock and they weren't surprised. Both delivery guys said they have to explain this to customers always because the sales guys ALWAYS tell customers you do not have to add any chemicals. Sales guy also promised a follow up call when the tub was installed and "free gifts"
