The Tim Hortons located in Durham College is often very crowded but the staff are always smiling and make sure that orders are prepared fresh, it's perfect for grabbing a quick bite during a break

Recently alot of things have been going down like the mobile orders and tills. I work for Tim's and I see alot of people just walking around not running for the cashiers making the line up 20 minutes long. I don't mind waiting but it gets frustrating when you're trying to get to class.

Everything is always broken, iced capps/panini press.They never have anything that you want, hashbrowns/bagel types/donut types.The employees are all VERY rude, like never have I ever been treated like that at a Tim Hortons.They also mess up your order every single time and act as if its your fault, and they hobble around slowly while people are trying to get to class on time.This place SUUUUUUCKS

Extremely slow service. 8 people are working in one kitchen and still 20 people in one que. this is too slow service for a tim hortons in college because we have to reach out class on time. This is total monopoly. Let me open my store here and i will run it smooth.

Who tf runs this place?With the amount of tuition we pay and this being the only food option on campus in the summer you'd think it could be staffed properly to support the demand. The lines are outrageous, the staff are slammed and they have been super unprofessional due to it. They stop serving food before 7 so us students stuck here in night classes have nothing.-Hangry Student

Very disorganized and understaffed location. Staff has difficult time accurately communicating with customers.Lead time is extremely long for even simple purchases of a coffee or tea, average around 10 minute wait or longer regardless of order size.
