Trash everywhere ..garbage cans exploding with trash all over the ground.sugar dispenser was out of sugar. Employee says sorry I told them it was empty". As he makes my double double with no sugar..... So .....two cream no sugar. As he passes the coffee as a double double.... Incompetent"

As an overnight worker, I often rely on deliveries from various restaurants within my area. Tonight, I ordered from this McDonald’s Location (as I have many times before) but have got to say, what was delivered tonight is an absolute joke. I wanted to call in directly to speak with an employee because surely this was an absolute joke. I ordered a quarter pounder meal (no toppings except cheese & ketchup), a 10 piece nugget meal, and a junior chicken meal. What I received was a quarter pounder with ALL condiments and NO meat whatsoever. My 10 piece nugget box did not contain a single chicken nugget, but instead of junior chicken patty and a filet o fish patty? Mind you, it’s only 2am and this is a 24 hour location, so to have NO meat for the hamburger and NO nuggets is simply unacceptable. I’m requesting to have a manager from this location reach out to me directly; to expect an individual to pay $55 for an order and to only be able to enjoy the French fries is unspeakable. Perhaps a conversation with the staff on shift from tonight to ensure this doesn’t continue to happen — and I almost guarantee it wouldn’t have happened if I had been a drive through order rather than a delivery order. $55 worth of food in the middle of the night is too much to be messing around with for no good reason. Hoping the location will compensate me with coupons for their employees failure to follow through with basic food handling.

Parking lot is awful, coffee not hot, fries are cold, awful service with fighting in the back trash all over, the list goes on and on.

Waiting over 20min for a happy meal. They clear the screen of orders and print them so they keep their service speed up but then they lose track of the orders they have not fulfilled. I had to remind them after watching them clear off all the receipt leaving mine up and printing and posting more and doing them, while leaving my happy meal order up. This system does not work, it isn't fair to cheat the system of time and treat people like they do not matter

It's a McDonald's lol. The food is the same here as every other McDonald's so that is a good thing. The service here is quick and people are friendly.

At 9:30 pm I walked in to this location and such to the floor. Every square inch of the floor was covered in sticky pop. Like they had mopped using pop instead of water.Food was good, but I shudder to think what else they're not getting right, beyond mopping floors.There's another mcD's 5 mins away at King and Columbia. Might be worth going there instead.

We were there with our granddaughter for a supper treat and although the food is as expected, it was frustrating going through the drive through. The speaker was terrible and we couldn't hear our order taker. I had to get out of the vehicle and lean over to the speaker to be heard and be heard. Took a very long time to be understood and get the order straight.
