I called today because my requisition was sent to one location but when I went to online book, that location didn't have any appointments available for another week, so I booked at another location with a closer available date.When I called to get the requisition sent over to the new location, the central customer service rep said no I don't think they do that. Get your doctor's office to resend it to another relocation" I asked her to please ask. The person on the phone I was transferred to said they could only do it if I gave them the fax number of the location. So while on the phone with them I googled it and gave her the fax number. Not very helpful in my eyes."

Not very happy. Called Feb 16 /21 at 11am to make an appointment fir bloodwork and explained it was ordered by UofA for recent stroke. Was told no appointments available. Then was told to call at 7 am to make appointment. At 7 am I called and got a recording saying customer care was closed. I called back at 7:02 am and was asked if I could make it to the lab at 7:15 am. I explained I would be a few minutes late because the lab was 12-15 minutes away . I was told to call immediately when I got to lab which I did. The person told me to go into lab at 7:52 am which I did and checked in. The lady at counter asked if I had an appointment and I said I did. Nobody told me I was put in as save my place. I was told to have a seat. I watched at least 5-8 people who came in as walk ins who were called before me. When I finally realized to watch the screen I saw my name was listed on the bottom as a walk in. It was 8:53 am when I was finally called in to get the bloodwork done. I also should have mentioned in this story that I did try to book online and there were no available appointments untill March 9th. This system was very unorganized and failed.

Dynalife Labs makes a point of telling potential customers that an appointment is recommended to reduce your wait times. My experience however has never supported that assertion. Today for instance I had an appointment for 10:20. A time that came and went like the seasons of the year. Others who were waiting and inquiring about wait times were told that not even the 10 o’clock appointment had been seen yet! If there is no ability to HOLD an appointment then you should not TAKE appointments as Seinfeld once pointed out to a rental car employee.

I have tried for over a half hour, several times to make a booking on line. I was instructed to change my name to my email address, which I did, then was told my password was incorrect. I change the password, and was told it was incorrect. I did this at least 5 times, checking the place to change my password. I have tried phoning but am endlessly waiting until the music drives me crazy. This is NOT helpful.

My partner had to come here for blood work and when we got there, there was one receptionist and then she tells us to put on a mask. Well the masks that they have available for customer use is just left in a container uncovered with no tongs to grab a clean mask with or anything. It is absolutely disgusting that a medical center would allow that. My partner and I went and bought a pack because we knew it was safer then using a mask that God knows how many people touched with unsanitized hands. They may as well just offer to give you covid because I don't see how that is safe and sanitary. If you have the option to go elsewhere you should do it!. Normally I don't go out of my way to make posts like this so that should say something.

Okotoks, AB I hesitated to book online as the earliest appointment was 3 weeks away. I thought the purpose of booking online was to avoid long wait times. I was shocked when I realize I wasn't any further ahead, you're the last on the list until the next person comes in. I didn't have 2 hours to wait due to other daily commitments I have. I thought the purpose of making an appointment was to avoid wait times. It's not like you have any other options where to get lab work done.

Poor customer service. I was told it was a 1 hrs wait and decided to leave and come back in 40mins. Keep in mind, I had 2 young kids and emergency need for a blood test so I couldn’t book an appointment. If your not here when they call your name they bump you to the back of the lineup. I arrived back within their time frame and they had bumped me back. As well, I suggest a butterfly needle and they didn’t listen to my request. She proceed to dig around inside my arm. I finally had to say stop because I felt so nauseous and I have no problems with needles!

Staff is friendly however their online walk-in app is not used properly. I went to the door and was told to sign in using the online walk in app. I signed up for the walk in wait time and waited an hour for the text to say they were ready for me. When I got the text I went in and was told to go back and sit in my car for another hour for another text.Very disappointed. 2 hours wasted and I still haven't been seen.

FYI, this is not a collection PCC (centre). But it does exist! You are definitely able to drop off collection samples via 102 street floor level. People there are super nice and friendly =) If you are looking for a collection centre, there is one very close by on Jasper avenue and 104 street in the Standard Life building.
