OK Tire

Bought 4 new tires. Found exactly the ones needed for the type of driving that is done. Got the tires put on right away. Also happened to have a flat tire a few days later and it was fixed immediately. Jack and his crew did a fantastic job.

I did the math and me and mine have bought over 8 sets of tires from Jack and his team! The quality of service and product is OUTSTANDING.

Service was fast but they had no waiting area, and it was -27 out, we went to get a flat tire fixed but had to wait outside the shop for 40 minutes. On the bright side they only took 40mins.

Bought tires there was please with service when I bought them. But tires lastes 7 month and worn right out when I went to get warranty was told basically good luck need to prove tire rotations and that you kept the tires pressure constant and never really offered to at least try and submit anything as well had a flat replaced a few months earlier where they forgot to put back on my plastic covers on my tires and when I went to ask about those at the same time they looked for them and said sorry must have been thrown out sorry and never even offered to replace them just said nothing we can do. Will never go back to this place again buyer beware dont buy tires from them. Dont know how to reply to the owners reply so added to this I did stop by the shop and never called in like they stated.

If I could, I wouldn't have even select 1 star. Absolutely atrocious customer service. My wife got a piece of metal in the tread of her tires, making her unable to drive on it due to being flat. Parked right out the front door of the office they flat out refused to offer any kind of assistance, and told her that she would need to call a tow truck to have them put the spare on. I left work and drove across the city to put the spare tire on. After I went inside the office (clearly upset with how my wife had been treated) asked to talk to the manager, and was told that he was in a meeting and then flat out told no. I was never expecting her to be put infront of other patron's, but how can a tire shop, who's job it is to provide customer service flat out refuse to offer any kind of assistance.In ResponseAsking for a manager, and being met with a rude attitude by said female employee is always a great way to approach a customer that had only asked for the manager. Completely avoiding what my review was directed at and redirecting your response to how I reacted to my wife being treated with horrendous and rude customer service. My wife was in fact not rude to any of your employees. But taking 5 mins out of one of your technicians day to help a stranded customer would improve your business tremendously.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. Jack and the crew were knowledgeable and saved me a whole bunch of money on repairs another shop told me were needed but actually had already been done previously. I highly recommend!

Our Jeep Wrangler had not been handling very well and was pulling to one side, so we took it into OK Tire on south Albert St Regina for a wheel alignment and tire check. Jack and his team were quick to diagnose our problem was mostly with our tires which were completely wrong for this vehicle. After a good frank conversation with Jack, we understood what our options were and decided to go with a set of tires Jack recommended. The Jeep now handles 100% better, has a much smoother ride with a lot less road noise from the tires. We are very happy we took our Jeep to Jack at OK Tire and highly recommend his team and the great work they do. Thanks Jack.

Had such an awesome experience here! The staff are excellent and very eager to help! They took the time to explain things to me and went above and beyond, giving details of what needed to be fixed on my car in the future. Very appreciative. Best experience with an automotive place in Regina.

They were the only ones that had my steel rims for Winter tires Is very polite and courteous people work here

I have booked my car for a safety inspection there. the location was convenient to me, and this was my first visit. This store is one of the approved stores by SGI to perform this job. The people there are friendly, straightforward, and quick. They were done with the inspection including one additional repair before the agreed time for the inspection alone. I am satisfed with their service and repair quality.
