Overall we are pleased with the refinishing of our hardwood floors. The colour looks great and the dog scratches are all gone. I am quite disappointed in the amount of dust that was all over our house. There was next to no prep work to seal off areas in our house. As a result there was a layer of saw dust on everything. The odour was also very strong and it took over 2 weeks for the smell to dissipate. We had to have our windows and patio doors open daily.

I recently had a run in with this fellow. He was extremely rude and standoff ish. I was trying to correct him on mis information he tells customers about some of our products. He has zero respect and zero technical training. I would avoid this company at all costs. Try an NWFA certified company for really good results. This fellow is not worth your time.

The hardwood guys are fantastic!!!! Professional, friendly and so clean!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for floor refinishing and installation! They've done both for us and we couldn't be happier!

Warren was super helpful in determining what could be done with my 100yr old floors, that had been painted at one point in their history. He gave a thoughtful and thorough explanation of my options, and the work he and his team did of the one floor that could be saved was amazing! I'll definitely use him again in the future.
