This place is great. They kept my son calm and knew how to handle it when he got anxious from being gassed. They made it very kid friendly and kept not only him calm but mom calm as well. I would definately recommend this place for any one who needs work done on there Littles under 7. I was extremely anxious when they started gassing him and they let me hold his hand and stay close to him. I had to travel from Fort Frances because they don't have services for young kids in Fort and they were very accommodating. A+ keep doing what your doing.

The dentist and hygienist went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. They were instant with identifying a problem my daughter was experiencing and performing a procedure to solve the issue. I would 100% recommend.

The best dental practice I’ve experienced in my 30+ years in Thunder Bay. Calm atmosphere with an awesome playlist (I’m talking to you Dr. Clarke). Doc is also incredibly friendly and treats you like a friend. Marissa, my hygienist, is also super kind, non-judgmental and makes cleanings painless and enjoyable. Awesome staff and can’t recommend enough!!

Dr. Clarke is fantastic, and also makes notes of previous conversations so he can follow up; not just as a dentist, but to give you that feeling of being in touch with you as a person. I have never felt more comfortable going in for appointments or bringing my children in for visits. Keep up the great service Dr. Clarke!

In case you were on the fence:The Office was playing on the ceiling mounted TV and a client who had just had a root canal was given a can of chicken noodle soup on his way out the door. Sov Dental made my return to the dentist after an embarrassingly long absence awesome.Keep up the personal touch and thanks for providing up-to-date care.

I have extreme anxiety around going to the dentist, I always have. After multiple times being talked down to, made to feel stupid and pain felt during cleanings and/or dental procedures deterred me from getting a cleaning for several years. I finally was able to make an appointment for myself and I am so glad I made it at Sovereign Dental! Heather the hygienist at as absolutely amazing. Took her time, checked in on me often to make sure I was comfortable and not too anxious. Her techniques were amazing that was the first cleaning where I have not felt pain from harsh techniques. And Dr. Clarke? Amazing he came just to do a quick check of the x rays and my teeth before I left and he was so kind and laid back. Awesome experience I have definitely found a permanent dental office in town, finally.

Our son is 4 and had to have some work done. Dr. Marshall and the hygienist were amazing! They made my son feel comfortable and smile throughout the entire procedure. I can’t recommend this team enough!

My 9 yr old needed a baby tooth cavity filled and then two canine teeth extracted to make room for her bottom teeth to grow in properly. Dr. Marshall and her team was amazing! My daughter has anxiety, so for the teeth extractions she was sedated first. No adverse reactions and no pain killers needed the next day. I highly recommend Sovereign Dental!
