Great In price, also some good deals in store depending on the days you go in. I like Raw food for my dog so its convenient to have a store uptown that sells something my dog likes to eat without having to travel downtown across the bridge everytime I run out of food for her.

Super friendly Staff. Very knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Always willing to make suggestions and point out new products that you might be interested in.

I bought a tooth spray called Complete Oral Care by PetzLife for $32 that was recommended by the store attendant to remove plaque from teeth and freshen my pouches breath but, after using it once a day as per the directions for a few days, we noticed the he wasn't himself and was drooling all over the house. I stopped using it and after a couple of days he was back to himself. I tried using it again but the same thing happened so I went back today to try to return or exchange it. Even though they were aware that this was the reaction of some dogs (which was not mentioned when I purchased it) they wouldn't even give me a store credit, even though we only used 6 or 7 sprays and brought it back with a recipe and in the original package. Pet Value and Northstar Pet Store are much more accommodating of things like this and have offered at least a store credit for situations like this so even though they aren't as close to home we will be sticking with them.

Great selection of supplies but for staff friendliness without being overbearing I'd honestly go to the B&B in Thickwood. The women here are a bit too pushy (asked twice in less than 5 minutes if I needed help finding anything). If you like being hovered over, I'll give it a 5 but not my cup of tea. Pricing is in line with the rest of Fort McMurray's pet shops.

Good place for your loving pets - quality stuff with reasonable prices- and the best part it's very close to my house - and best gift for your friends and families - they have gift cards- free parking (time limit) must try - good deals as well

Splendid customer service and friendliness are the reason we keep returning to this location. The one employee who constantly provides above average help remains to be an outstanding positive help with our new Chihuahua puppy, as she is a dog lover and an owner as well. Highly recommended.

Poor location. Waited so long for parking spot in the busy square after rushing over after work. they had just turned the open sign off before I got to the door after arriving 5 minutes to close. Much better location, locally owned in Thickwood they won't turn you away just before or even at close.

These people are so sweet to my doggie. They don't see me they just see my dog. It's her place to shine. They are always welcoming and helpful 5 stars for the bone and biscuit here in fort mcmurray! They are a great group of people and my lily has a fun time every time ❤

Mary is awesome and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots of cool stuff!
