The staff are professional and willing to offer help proactively.I suffered from dry skin for more than two months. One of the staff recommended face wash and moisturizer of a Korean brand. After using the products, my face is no longer painful and is way better than before.will definitely come back again!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff are rude, this lady will follow you around and act like your stealing. Its very obvious and uncomfortable. I heard there's a small shop on the first floor that's owned by a couple that's much nicer and have better products.

I highly recommend this makeup store for anyone interested in Japanese and Korean beauty and personal care products. They have an impressive selection of high-quality products that are not readily available elsewhere. The staff are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service for male like me. I always leave feeling satisfied with my purchases.

Went to this store for the first time and met a wonderful woman named Summer. She was very helpful and kept coming back to check on us/ask if she could help with anything else. Her recommendations were amazing and was very modest when I thanked her for her help. Just like her name she was a very warm person and I am writing this review purely for her.

The shorthair lady was great. Was greeted right away upon entering the store. She was very accommodating to my expectations and needs - provided recommendations that met my needs. The customer service was exceptional and un-comparable. Will go again.

Great sales reps and customer service. Always has the products in stock and with reasonable prices. Wish they would hire security to ensure the safety of customers and products in the store. I've seen some people trying to get the five finger discount, tsk tsk tsk.

Drove to Pacific Mall to find good quality K-Beauty skincare, and I’ll be back for sure as the staff was extremely nice and attentive. I addressed my concerns to a lady who works there and she showed me top-notch moisturizers. I’m so happy with my purchase. Thank you!
