I was ordering at the drive-thru speaker and had to repeat my order a number of times. So i gave-up and drove upto the window and still had to repeat order a few times. Once I got my order, buddy with the black turban, a student had the nerve to give me attitude by rudely saying next time order through the speaker. I told him i am with my family but if you cant do a simple task how can u do another job. We don't need people like you here. His response was you are discriminating. I said i dont really care what you think and I am indian as well. Don't order from here one they don't own up to their mistake. A lot of fake 5 star reviews. They should fire that student.Experience on Sept 24th in the evening

very very very BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!! I also work in a customer service industry, I know how is tiring this job is but its not the customers fault we have this job so please be decent and do your job appropriately,. the coffee is bad taste like its old. .and if I order something that they don't offer they were very rude,, i hope this people get replace as other tims have a good service

this place doesn't offer wraps at all, its kind of a bummer but the service is okay. The lids they use for the coffee are the worst.

The service here is just terrible. An hour past opening they never have donuts or muffins. I ordered a tea and received a coffee. The staff put no effort into providing good service on each occasion I visit.

This is the best Tim Hortons I ever have been to the service they have is amazing they deliver food at the top notch quality and the service they have is a brilliant they will put the proper cream and honey or whatever you to tell them to do I've been through so many Tim Hortons but this is the best one I hope they continue their service like that all the very best

The service and food are both terrible. When I was telling my order I could not hear what she was saying and when I asked if she could repeat herself she rolled her eyes, gave a small sigh and still spoke at the same level. Then for the drinks I ordered the simplest drink a dd, still tasted so bitter. I had to get six packets of sugar and still didn’t fix anything. I still have an after taste in my mouth and my stomach is hurting.

Supervisor Inky or whatever was very rude. The manager must talk to her and address our issue. My whole crew at work was very disappointed.

Not much of one to write bad reviews but very sad to say this is my regular timhortons due to my to work route. Have never had so many issues with one location before. Coffees always good il lsay that, but 90% of the time i get sausage english muffins, the bread is stale dry and inedible. For the last over a week theyve had no points scanner, so i have lost out on 20+ rolls for rutr. And points aswell ontop of that. To top it all off, why im writing this is theft. On sunday i payed for my single XL coffee (2.55) with 2.75, waited for my 20 cents back and they looked at me in discust (3 of them all at the window) andd i stated, just need my change and they rudely said you dont need any. I simply was the bigger man and drove off. Sadley due to convenience ill still be coming here, but never will go out of my way again to visit.
