poor service waste of money and time they didi not clean it properly even I got vip service there is still dirt on seats I just waste of my money it's cheaper if I clean by

Had the SUV cleaned inside out with their VIP service. Very good cleaning. Service was a little bit longer as they only have 2 people working. They still did a good job.

They leave lots of streaks and don’t really care. I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s the same thing every time. There is a MUCH better car wash up the street.

I brought a car in that hasn’t been cleaned in a few years. I mentioned that, and they took a look and said it would be 10$ extra. I said no problem ( it was bad). I asked for the VIP which is a cleaning inside and out, hot wax, armour all on tires and a free tree freshener, which is 29$ for a car so the total was 39$. I used to work in a carwash years ago so I stood there watching as they started the cleaning. After rinsing off the soap they started to dry the car. I asked about the “hot” wax and they said it was the pink stuff in a spray bottle that they put over the soap before the rinse.1- I didn’t notice them spaying it( it would take a while to spray an entire car with a bottle)2- I don’t know how a spray bottle that is hanging off a sink is supposed to be hot?I asked if they put the hot wax and they said yes.Then i noticed wet spots on the car, and a hand mark from “the owner” of the carwash. The steering wheel was not wiped down, the buttons we still filthy. When I got home I noticed the tires were never armour-alled.I pointed out the dirt that was still on the hubcap.The car was 90% cleaned. Better then when I brought it in, but the minor details is what shows the inexperience. The owner didn’t sound experienced by the way he was talk, but he was friendly. One of the employs did his best to accommodate me when I mentioned some things to him. In his defence, they were only 3 people working, he tried to do his best, the 3rd guy was a new employee from what I could see.If you’re going to bring your car there to get washed, make sure you watch and inspect everything befor you leave. They need a bit more experience and a better rhythm when do this work.I still left a 10$ tip, because it was filthy. The name of the business has changed. I forgot what it was or else I would have posted it.

Car wash is good. But long wait only 2 people are working. Most of the time big line up and slow service. Spend almost 2 hours to get a car wash.

I continue to go to Lave Auto Wakeling because of the exceptional job they do on my car. I live a good distance from there with many car wash places much closer but have to come home and redo where they have not thoroughly cleaned!!! Worth the drive!!!

Got an inside/outside cleaning for my car. Excellent service, friendly staff, detailed oriented. Excellent job! Feels like a new car even though it's really old ☺. Will definitely be back. Found a new place to get a thorough cleaning for my car.

Horrible , I paid $34 dollars and it wasn’t clean or vacuumed for that matter . I just threw money out the window . There was no difference , didn’t have a chance to look at the car until I was home. I literally ask myself what did the actually do ?

Excellent service. I took the VIP service for a car that has not been washed for ages. They took the necessary time. Thorough and detail oriented cleaning. It felt like a new car, and the car was in a bad state. Excellent staff! I am coming back here. Thank you
