The store is open but they don't let me in because of covid. Restaurants and gyms are open so it's surprised me. No signs of that in the store and online information shows I can shope in store. Anyway they can do it but better inform the customers. At the door a staff member asked me what I want , and when I told him what he had no idea what is in the store. He said go check online. Really bad customer service.

2 weeks ago I went to the physical store to purchase some Taekwondo equipment, the people in there were very nice, allowing me to try on before purchase. The gears are in great quality

Incredible service and high-quality products, even the price worth paying!! I've purchased a couple of uniforms and sparring gear sets for my kid, and they love them. I just feel like all staffs love their jobs. All the staff did their best to explain which items I had to buy. I recommend this place as one of the best martial arts suppliers in Ontario !!

I ordered a Karate GI from Captain Sports online store. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong size GI. It was a minor inconvenience for me to print a return shipping label and take the return to my local UPS store, but David from Captain Sports very quickly sent me a replacement GI which arrived only 2 days later. I will use Captain Sports in the future for buying Karate uniforms.

Terrible customer service! Ordered online, have taken payment then hear nothing from them. Credit card invoice comes in and I have to call them to see where the order is? They say they tried" to contact me but don't leave a message?!! Say one of the product is back ordered but they can send the rest first. Asked if they can contact me when the other product arrives? "Yes

Very good service! I bought the wrong size Gi, and they helped me find the size for me and even refunded the price difference. Prices are very fair and they have a lot of hard to find Adidas products related to martial arts.

The best place to get all your martial arts equipment! Everybody there was very friendly and happy to help me find what I needed. The items here are sold at a great price and are high quality equipment. I am a loyal customer and will continue to shop here. I am thankful for their hospitality and gifts with all the equipment and other items I need to go to the Junior World Championships!

We were at the Ontario Marshal Art compilation today .We needed foot pad for my sonWe went to buy to foot pads from this company.Owner who is the lady was so rude and so selfish enough to hurt my sons feeling by telling we are not selling the product to you because I asked to give us a brand new product not the used one which people were trying on for size .She doesn’t know the Costomer services at all.

They offer an option to ship abroad, but when I chose that option and paid, they just canceled that order without explanation. Had to call them to find out that they don't ship it outside the North America. Totally unprofessional. Staff doesn't speak English for servicing North America. Avoid dealing with these people. They don't know how to conduct business and work with people in North America.
