It is the beginning of May. It was cold. But the kids jumped in the water in their clothes and tried to swim anyway, that did not last long but we had fun.

Water is kind of slimy at the shoreline, the slime comes and goes and you have t walk way into the lake to reach to the waist. Child friendly with shallow water. Lots of boaters and seadoos that might come too close to the bouys for swimmers. Boatlaunch area also. Nice sandy beach and the dairy shoppe close by.

Wasn't over crowded and the water has a beauty sand bottom. Plus everything you might need is close. Except a good washroom!

It's a really nice beach...clean water, nice little cabins and a nice play area for kids. I wish they had cleaner public washrooms though
