A very pleasant experience yesterday morning! The girl that helped me was so lovely. She was helpful and kind, I wish I had remembered her name, but she was short, petite, dark hair, had glasses, and wore oversized style clothing.Generally, at some of the other locations I am completely turned off from shopping at aritzia with the bad attitude of many of their employees.More often than not, they are snobbish and self important.However, my experience at Kingsway was by far the best experience I've had shopping at aritzia. I found almost all employees very helpful and pleasant.I will make this location my go-to if possible.I'm also very happy with my purchases.Fyi for those that feel massive at aritzia, it's quite common, and the very small girl that helped my told me she often wears a size 10, so.. don't feel bad, I often have to size up from a 6-8 to a 10-12 at aritzia!

Hannah was my saving grace today. Lemme set the scene for you. Boxing Day. It’s busy, I’m going in for 1 specific thing. This angel Hannah comes up to me and kindly asks if I need help, I say yes I’m looking for black leather pants high waisted straight leg. She’s on it. Gives me 2 options 2 sizes for both, and she hit the nail on the head. I try them on and asked her a few questions like do they stretch whatever whatever she answers them all. Takes me to the till wam bam thank ya mam I’m out of the store in 10 min… ON BOXING DAY! Put me in such a good mood for the rest of the day!In all seriousness though Hannah was kind, quick, and so helpful. I know it can rlly hard to be all those things during the holiday season with all the rush so I truly am thankful for her. Any management staff that read this please give Hannah a well deserved pat on the back!

Saw this stunning skirt online and saw they had two sizes in their store and the lady who helped me reserve it on the phone was so nice! Came to the store and the whole team was very welcoming and helped me right away. I work in customer service and it’s important to recognize great work, especially in a mall setting it can’t be easy. Will be coming back :)

I had been absolutely terrified to go into this store or any store for that matter, given the amount of women who have felt body shamed or uncomfortable. The only reason my experience was amazing yesterday evening (5:30-6pm), was because of one single employee. Unfortunately, I forget her name but she went above and beyond to help with choices, sizes and being extremely welcoming and loving. She brought extra sizes without me asking, that felt amazing. She helped me the entire time until check out, to help someone else. Thank you so much to this young woman, I will be coming back specifically because of her

I always absolutely hate my experience at Aritzia, they decide who they are going to give their service to before you’re even fully in the store. I went to this location yesterday, I was the ONLY person in the store and all three associates said nothing to me. But as soon as someone that is a size 00 walks in wearing a full Aritzia outfit they jump to help them. I had to beg them to acknowledge me when I had a question. If you want ANY help you better come in wearing any/all the designer you own while dressed up for the most important interview of your life in order to be acknowledged. By the looks of the other reviews I’m also not the only person to feel this way, it feels like the mean girls of High School.

The worst experience in this store of Aritzia. The manager was so rude and unprofessional.

The staff are here are so helpful and nice. They truly go above and beyond and I love shopping here. I always try to come here at it is my favourite location. They’re not as pushy. I tend to get overwhelmed easily and this location is not as busy at all.

First time going into Aritzia and I instantly understood the complaints about this place. I fully watched a female employee rip open one of the curtains and saw a poor lady in her underwear clearly changing. I wish I was joking. The poor woman looked so embarrassed. If you even accidentally touch a piece of clothing, a sales person will follow you with it and ask if you need a change room. I got asked so many times by the same brunette in an oversized blazer and I continuously said no but she kept pushing. I’m sure the clothes are nice but the staff is crazy unprofessional.

I decided to pop into Aritzia Kingsway today and I’m glad I did. It was their last day of their summer sale and I got a really nice quality long sleeve blouse at a great price. It caught my eye, and I’m satisfied with my purchase. But what caught my attention more was sales associate/style specialist Shar. She made my experience in the store more pleasant. Her customer service skills are commendable. She is very engaging, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She is comfortable to be around and makes you feel valued as a customer. I appreciate that she helped me out with what I was in the store for and helping me get a fitting room started. Her sweet, kind and genuine personality makes her shine. I can really see a passion in her when she’s at work. She made my day and my experience at Aritzia Kingsway special. She is a beautiful person inside and out. She is a gift to Aritzia.
