I bought 100 % pure essential oil,indicatet Cinnamon, Canelle Cinnamonum Zeylanicum.But as opened it is Eugenol, wuth is not cinammon but what you see later is written on the lsbel.Is it nom Cinammon or Eugenol or both?Thanks for your help

Ordered Calcarea Phosphorica 6X, received Calcarea Phosphorica 12X , Noticed wrong product after one month use. Will not buy from them anymore. How can I trust any of their products. See attached pictures.Received the replacement, so updated the review.

Their products are fine, have a nice variety and have good customer service, except a bit on Fridays. If you place an order late Thursday or Friday morning (I’ve done it quite a few times) you should expect your order to be processed until next week. I don’t really expect my order to ship on the same day, but at least I would like to be able to have all set-up (like payment) so it could be sent Monday morning. It can be frustrating when you need a remedy ASAP.

Quite recently they have improved customer service. They sent me one wrong product and I emailed so very next day I got right product without any charge. Really great job, Abby was contact person. Since previous few customer service issues I had with them that's why I did not put 5 stars. Keep such ideal customer service then 5 stars will be well deserved.

my package arrived with one of the essential oils leaking all over the place; they didn't wrap or secure it properly so buyer beware. When it came time to discuss this they were very rigid with their policies and were not willing to compromise with exchange and would not allow for a refund so they have lost my business for good.

Homeocan and their products make false claims and their customer service is below the industry standard. I tried the Fatigue, Hay Fever and Tinnitus products. None of them provided any effect. Basically sugar pills. When I called customer service to get a refund for these items they said “no”. No reason why, other than they can’t sell it to others. They did want me to return the unused product. Looks like this company is mostly interested in making money rather than health or customer experience. Buyer beware!!

La dame qui était sur place dans la boutique connaît très bien son affaire, j'ai pu trouvé ce que je voulais. La chose que j'ai le moins aimé, c'est que je m'étais fait dire que le paiement en liquide la compagnie en veut le moins possible. En sortant, la question que j'ai posé c'est qu'il doit y avoir beaucoup de commande en ligne quand j'ai vu des boîtes ici et là dans la boutique. La réponse que j'aie eue c'est qu'Homeocan fournit des pharmacies, des magasin d'aliments naturels et cette entreprise expédie des colis dans 16 pays. Eh oui, ça roule.
