The parking situation is a nightmare. We move 5 days ago with the guaranteed of a interior parking, now we are paying 4$ a day for a visitor parking that we cant acess because they only have a few (5 or 6) visitor parkings for a whole district. Now they are saying that we wont have one before next month! We need 2 parking to accommodate the family and we cant even get one. I wish they didnt lie to us. We would of choose a different compagny to deal with. And on top of the cake they no longer respond to my calls or emails.

Horrible management they fix nothing. Houses are falling apart inside and out. good luck- when questioned on why things arent being done in a timely manner the response was if you dont like it you can move" fantastic right ? Also if you have kids know you cannot have childrens toys in your OWN backyard if you do letters and threats of removal and fines are issued."

Lady in the office is very helpful to me.she is friendly, responsive, and patient. She is a great person and very good at her job. Nice rental community and great neighborhood, I am happy to live here with my family.

Been a tenant longer than they have owned. They take our money monthly but ignore us the rest of the month. Hundreds of dollars of property damaged and lost due to their lack of interest in being responsible owners. Even requested the corporate head office help us get the local management to pay attention and they ignored us too. Leaks in multiple location throughout the house. Mold in the walls and coming through the bathroom ceiling. As mentioned earlier hundreds of dollars in damaged and lost property. Pictures and miltiple emails sent ALL ignored. Do not rent from Capreit. They really do not care.

I've lived in this complex for over 10 years, and I can say that the staff, especially Mirsada, are very nice and accommodating - I have had no issues getting issues resolved. The units are large and comfortable. I highly recommend.
