Customer service isn't their forte. I went in to ask for a part to be install and Ryan seems to be pretty annoyed. Just to clarify for something they don't advertise. It is 75$/hr for installation for parts they buy but 105$/hr for parts we bring in. Granted I took my business elsewhere

Great service, got my truck in with three days notice. Fixed my front end issue in same day and was cheaper than their quote and way cheaper than the dealership. As well since they don’t do alignments they dropped it off at another shop closer to my house for me to have it done. Definitely going to use them again.

Last month they inspected my mother-in-law's vehicle saying her brakes and rotors were good for the trip to the island, but to come back next month to get it done. She came in today to get her tires rotated and asked that her brakes and rotors get done like they had said to. They went and had the audacity to do ANOTHER BRAKE INSPECTION and charge for it, when she came there for that reason and the brakes had already been inspected. When I spoke with the manager she was only on the phone. She was verbally abusive, yelling and swearing at me. All she had to do was go Sorry

Robin booked me in for an appointment, and I called to see if I could bring in a few days earlier for inspection. He said yes and he was done with my vehicle before I had to work at noon! He was honest and told me what was going on with my jeep and told me the few most major things to get repaired. Very professional people, and I will definitely be returning to Robin at Rampart 100%!

Amazing service!!! Had a heater problem with my truck, thought it was blower motor. They did all testing, diagnostic on it, found just a wire issue. Total cost under the price of a blower motor which was 80 dollars. Total charge for fix was $50! Does only work needed, doesn't overcharge and outstanding value. Thank you!!You saved me moneyComplete satisfaction, I recommend then fully!
