Everything about the Brick Huntsville was great. Bryson the salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. He replied to our email questions promptly. Our leather reclining couches arrived the exact day they said. And the delivery guys were AWESOME! It was a unique way to get the couches in our house and they did it with no problem. The Brick also had the BEST selection on leather reclining, super comfortable couches. We will definitely look there first when we need any more furniture. Thanks to all who made our furniture buying experience great.

Just bought a sectional faux leather couch. Love it. My cockapoo dog has been building 'nests' and not scratching the surface at all. Seems very durable.

I purchased a sectional sofa from Julie at the brick, and had it delivered out of the area. Julie and the other store staff were very accommodating about my request. The transaction was very smooth and the delivery was fast and excellent.

I can't recommend purchasing a Galanz appliance because they don't have repair service in our area. So I don't know how they deal with their one year from purchase warranty.

Our sales associate worked with us every step of the way and would give us updates on when the appliances would be delivered.The delivery service was excellent and they called before to let us know when they would arrive at the house. They cleaned up after the installation and were really happy with the product. Thanks again!

Very poor customer service! Bought a dishwasher on Wednesday night used once and now does not work. Phoned the brick spoke with the owner said not his problem to call the manufacturer. Phoned the manufacturer said they can not do anything but send a technician. No date just 24-48 hrs. So now I take time off work to wait?!?! Phoned the brick back owner gone was just there to open up not even a manager to speak to. Was told by the sale’s associate that can not return after 3 days. Well it’s the fourth day I guess I know why it’s a three day return policy.

Unfortunately now when you buy appliances and TVs from the Brick, Leons, and all other big box stores, they try to sell you extended warrenty telling you how great it is and how smart it would be to purchase the extended warrenty. All of their products are made in the 3rd world with no quality control or quality in mind. As soon as the product is sold you can call the Brick up and they say unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it and they wash their hands of the issue. We purchased a refrigerator in Jan 2022 and were continually told it would be coming in within the next 2 weeks. Ten months later, still no refrigerator and we had to buy another model because the expected date would have been over 14 months (if that was true). We also purchased a dishwasher at the same time. It quit working while under manufacturers warranty. We have been on the phone for over a month with Frigidaire trying to get the problem resolved and we are still no closer to having it repaired because the Brick sells products where the manufacturers have no repair people and the manufacturers do not want to pay extra for people to come to this area. I am old enough to remember before stores, like the Brick, Leons, etc. there was Sears and Eatons who both sold and stood behind their products and ensured they were not made and sold as cheaply as they could get away with. Unfortunately, these are the only outlets that sell appliances and we cannot buy quality these days.
