Amazing Medical Centre! All the staff are beyond helpful and super friendly. They offer so many services to help you feel great. I have had massage and chiropractic appointments so far, which have all teen terrific.

I've had knees, back, neck and shoulders treated by staff at Thames medical Center. All of the staff have been courteous caring and professional. If your in need of services that they provide I would highly recommend them.

I love this place! Everyone is so kind and friendly! They remember your name, ask you about your weekend, that goes such a long way!! The services I have received here have been nothing but top shelf!!

I have been a patient at Ingersoll Downtown Physiotherapy since June. I am very impressed by the level of service given by both Helien and Darlene each and every time I go in. Helien is very informative as to what exactly she is doing and speaks in terms that I, a non medical professionals can understand. She is patient and knowledgeable and overall just a really good person. I feel she is being very thorough in my treatments and regularly assesses my progress. Darlene is more then helpful when it comes to booking, squeezing me in when I am having pain, and arranging for last minute changes when life gets in the way! From the very first time I went in to the office I was made to feel comfortable and am always greated by name! I recommend this office for any rehab and/or therapy needs.

I have been seeing Emily since Nov for a knee injury and I can't express enough how much help and knowledge I have received from her. She has been great working with and so easy to talk to. I am always greeted with a friendly hello and light conversation from the ladies working at the front desk. The safety and sanitation protocols in the offices is top notch and always feel great when I'm done there. Highly recommend any services from anyone at this location. My husband uses this establishment for RMT and loves it as well!

Physio has been very helpful and supportive during my healing. Helien has been very attentive and supportive. Booking appointments is an easy process. Everyone working is very friendly with good customer service.

I can clearly say The Thames Medical Centre is super clean. The staff are very welcoming, polite, friendly and professional.I have been going here for over a year now. Let's say I am more then glad I found them, for there care, compassion to help me regain my pre injury has been some of the best treatments above other clinics I have visited in the past.I highly recommend the Thames Medical Centre if your looking.

Great staff! Darlene is a sweetheart ! And Marty is fabulous he is a very understandable man explains everything throughly before treatment! And made me feel like a million bucks walking out :)
