First time i went there in October 2020 the service was amazing. Not so much today July2021 around 12:45. Went in the store and walked around most of the store browsing items etc. I was hoping for the same service and expecting a sales person to help me, Nobody was around then I saw what I thought was a mannequin sitting in a chair in the back I walked right beside it and realized it was the sales person sound asleep. I looked around for a few more mins and left. I had intended in spending some money today your buisness probably would do better with sales people with a pulse.

Absolutely terrific shopping experience today. After visiting a few other stores where my presence was barely even acknowledged by staff, the sales associate at George Richards, Heather, was very attentive, helpful, and personable. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and I walked out happy with my purchase. Make no mistake, your sales associate was the major reason I made my purchase here.

I needed to update my wardrobe (due to an increase in size!!) before a business trip to Calgary and Montreal. I'm not really a shopper, more a buyer and I have to say, my experience was great. Heather helped me through what is normally a painful experience with such expertise and empathy. She is a true asset to the company. Treat her right!

WOW!!! Never, ever in my life have I met an actual Misery. Mr. SOUR Face refused eye contact, studiously ignored my small talk, or answered in a supremely irritated tone. I'm an upbeat, happy person, so he's irrelevant. I work in retail and on my worst day, would never treat a paying customer with such disdain. Unhappy? Hate people? Think your store is super exclusive? That's the exact attitude that has Amazon win and probably why the store had not a single customer when I walked in.
