Adrian replaced our lead water supply pipe from the city line with a copper line. He and his team were very punctual. For the two day job, they showed up at 7:30 each day and left the place presentable. They also redid a portion of my interlock better than it initially was.Adrian's pricing was extremely reasonable compared to some other contractors that charged twice the price for the same work. I would highly recommend working Molloy Contracting. Adrian, the owner is a fantastic guy!I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because $100 of additional cost was presented in the invoice and was never discussed with me in advance and it was just assumed that I'll be paying for it.

Adrian came to do the septic tank inspection for us on our conditionally purchased home. It's our first time purchasing a septic tank based home, and Adrian walked me through the process of inspection. He explained what we were looking for and what it meant. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
