Independence Matters
They are life savers. True angels. When We felt so alone, they were there. They cared for my mom with Dementia in a way that gave her back her dignity and independence. My mother is young and still full of life, and they allowed her to live and enjoy again. They showed care and compassion. Offering her friendship when needed, and then vital support services when necessary. If I can give any advice in this difficult and heart wrenching journey.. do not hesitate to call Independence Matters, soon rather than later, It will make such a difference. Way way way better than Home Health.

Independence Matters
Heather Morris and her team of employees have been caring for our brother Gary for the past year and a half. They are providing full care and a safe caring environment. They are creative in their ideas to keep him physically and mentally active. They are a constant source of comfort to Gary and all our family in his on going changing condition (dementia). They work closely with our family and physicians to ensure he is getting the best quality of care. We as a family are more than happy with Independence Matters and their kind and caring work ethic.

Independence Matters
We have been supported by Independence Matters since Nov 2016 for my Mother. She has progressing dementia.They supported her stay in Independent Living and now her move into Residential Care. They have really helped with this difficult period.There staff has been supportive and provides written logs.Their office always returns calls and emails and has helped with sudden support changes required. (Aftercare for bowel cancer and cataract surgery).Their billing has been timely and correct. The pricing is reasonable.Mostly, we can tell they like and care for her.

Wonderful workers and residents. However, tooxoic working settings due to poor management.They didn't pay me holiday pay, when you asked about it, they told you don't know about holiday pay and nothing wrong. when you show them employment standard explaination of holiday pay, they fire you immediately with some excuse, such as talking to Poppy general manager is breaching company confidential, ...Working there, be ready for always watch your pay stub, holiday pay unpaid, working hours paid less than actual hours, fire you immediately when they don't like you...
