quick fast friendly professional service !

very bad customer service, i called them a 3 days ago and ask for a price to refill 2 fire extinguishers 1- 2.5lbs and 1- 10lbs the lady over the phone told me (fifty-six dot two five) so i assume $56.25 so i drove there this morning from White Rock (1hr return)1- no customer parking (there is only 2 parking and it was occupies with their own vehicles)2- need to walk a long distance with the fire extinguishers3- i look at the worker inside the shop, i was like a ghost, and later ask if i need help, so i told him yes refill4- he tell me to go to the next door so he walk me there and try to find someone to help me (no one was there) so he went upstairs get me someone and so the lady came down make me bring up the 2 fire extinguishers got me in an employee kitchen and ask me again what do i need? i told her again REFILL so she left and ask her again ,how much $, so she went back in the office5- an other lady came out and ask again can i help you? i reply yes how much to refill, so she went back to the office and came back out after 5 minutes and tell me $71 and $35 (what happen to the fifty-six dot two five!!!!!)6- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, BUY NEW FIRE EXTINGUISHERS it's cheaper

I needed a sprinkler repair in my suite, I sent a email and got a call from fred right away. He arranged a technician at my place the same day, the tech was professional and knowledgeable. The Tech really accomadated us finding a way to keep the water to suite on while the water to the sprinklers was turned off so the glue could dry. He was happy to arrange a early start the next morning to turn everything back on. They really worked around my schedule, so I didnt have to miss work. The bill was more than reasonable.

Very quick and professional

Really poor customer service and communication. When they were servicing our building, one of the staff told my wife they were finished on our floor for the day. Then they still tested the whole building triggering the alarms in all units and waking our baby a second time. We would have gone out if they had have been direct and said there would still be more alarm tests. When I went and spoke to them, the staff member refused any responsibility and basically called my wife a liar.

AFS was very quick to send out a technician for a dripping sprinkler head in our apartment (same-day response). Matthew (the technician) was friendly and efficient. Much appreciated.

These people attended the strata, but plugged into our personal home electrical outlet without our knowledge or consent. They assumed that we weren't home so they could just steal power from whomever was around. We have filed a better business complaint and a WCB complaint but they just laugh it off. I would never recommend them as they have very poor customer service and follow through.

My smoke/co alarm detector went off this morning. It made loud noise every 30 seconds which was unbearable. I called Active Fire & Safety and got help from Josh the agent. First he gave a quote to replace the unit. Because the noise became more and more annoying and unbearable he then helped and assisted me in removing the alarm and removing the battery by way of FaceTime. How brilliant is that! I must say I was very impressed with Josh. He’s very nice, calm, patient and helpful. His going out of his way to FaceTime me with guidance without even charging me was amazing. What a great experience!I would recommend Josh to anyone who needs smoke/co alarms installed or replaced. I would give 10 stars if it’s available. Thank you very much Josh! You’re awesome! Active Fire & Safety should be happy and proud of having you working for them.
