Must take appointment in advance rather than waiting in queue for getting service

I went to Service Ontario just to asked about my sticker on my plate number, although it was renewed up to 2023. And the security guard was told me to go 125 Chrysler road.

When you owe them money they will try and get it instantly but if you submit a claim to them , sunlife will stretch out this process and you will be waiting so long for your money.

CBI Health is located in this building. Professional physio place. The staff is polite and very helpful.

On of the largest companies in the world but they dont work weekends... please let me be wrong

I went there for my car registration. Employees were so friendly and understanding. I also saw a Punjabi assistance counter where the lady was answering the customer in Punjabi.

Out of all the group benefits provider I have used including Manulife and Blue Cross, Sunlife has been the worst customer experience. The gist of my complaint is they refused to pay the full claim for my contact lenses because they said I filed the claim 2 days early from the exact 2 year anniversary date. Called 2 times and no resolution was provided. Escalated issue to a manager but was denied access to a manager or the claims adjuster. They could not reimburse me for the full amount or allow me to cancel the claims and resubmit it. CSRs were from another country and it was difficult at times to understand them (english was not their first language). Typical insurance company behavior to stall a claim and keep the money as long as possible while they are investing premiums in the stock market to create a return.If anyone has a small business looking for group benefits, please avoid this company at all costs!!!! No point to have unhappy employees. My experience with Manulife and Blue Cross was excellent. Call centre was in Canada or North America. The employees were empowered to fix issues.
