Melissa manages to be professional, assertive and frank while also being kind and personable. Of all the massages I've had, she's who I feel most comfortable and cared for with. She also does a great job of indicating what habits you may have that are contributing to issues, which is refreshing and keeps me thinking about my posture and health in my day to day life.

As a recurring client at Melissa's home studio, I have always felt accommodated, comfortable and listened to. During our first session, she had me complete an assessment form and listened to my physical needs, and we built a plan together for what our goals would be in terms of what we'd assess. I've walked away from every session feeling restored and with a better understanding of my body and how to take care of it. Melissa is a knowledgeable, kind, and open practitioner and I would recommend her in the highest regard. <3

I have been working with Melissa for over 4 years and without hesitation I can say she is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and professional all awhile keeping our interaction friendly and relaxing. She’ll probe to find what is needed to address your pain points and is attentive to your needs and goals. I highly recommend Melissa if you’re looking for a long term therapist that will understand your needs. 10/10!

Melissa would make a wonderful addition to anyone's care team. She has helped me regain motion in, and reduce the severity of, some chronic-pain areas. Easy to work with, and a great atmosphere at hers or yours. Even the the kitties love when she visits for my monthly appointments. She will really take the time to understand your goals and work together in achieving them, highly recommend!

Massage therapy is my favorite form of self care. I have had many massages and Mel is by far the best experience I have had. I have been to her private location and have used her mobile service and both were great experiences. She listens to my needs and I always feel like she dealt with whatever was bothering me that day. Having scoliosis means I get a lot of tension in one side of my body. I always feel nice and straight after a massage with her! I had a 90 minute massage with her once and I swear it felt like she got every bit of tension out of my body. That is rare for me! If you're thinking of trying her out, DO IT.
