Kozak G Dr

DR. Kozak has been my doctor for over 10 years now. He and his office have consistently done an excellent job of monitoring my prostate issues, always proactively making sure that both he and I are ahead of any concerns. He has created an excellent DR/Patient relationship and I feel like I am in more than capable hands.

I had the unfortunate experience of kidney stones just a few weeks ago, and received emergency surgery from the very talented and professional Dr Kozak and his medical staff at Rockyview Hospital. I've nothing but compliments, for himself, his office staff, surgical staff and the care I received. Thank you so much for the awesome care ! I highly recommend Dr Kozak!

THE MOST HUMILIATING AND INSULTING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH A PHYSICIAN'S OFFICE TO BOOT.My husband had emergency surgery several years ago. He was told to call several weeks following surgery to have a catheter removed. NOBODY over there picks up the telephones - he ended up removing the catheter himself.Fast forward 3 years, and he will be needing surgery soon again. Once again he was referred to Dr. Kozak. His receptionist had called to schedule my husband an appointment 3 months ago. I was given the date, time, and address over the phone. When my husband arrived for his appointment finally, he could not find the office. Half an hour later after dozens of phone calls to their office with no response (3 years later and they're STILL not picking up the phones), and questioning the residents in the building, he found out that they had moved to the Rockyview. He called the Rockyview and was finally transferred to Dr. Kozak's receptionist, and explained to her that he couldn't find them because he was given the wrong address. Rather than trying to be helpful, she rudely informed him that he was late, that they had been at the Rockyview for over a year, and he did NOT get the wrong address from her. Absolutely arrogant, pass-the-buck type b**** to put it bluntly.So now, we will have a missed appointment to pay for. And, he will likely require emergency surgery yet again, because the waiting times are 3 months in.This is what we call ethical" and "accountable" behaviour in medicine? I work in the health industry as well

Extremely rude and impersonal receptionist-did not return my greetings even though I am a doctor myself. Wonder how she would treat patients in general ???? The doctor was to the point and hesitantly answered my medical issue. I do apologize to patients for the indifferent way he treated them.

I have nothing but praise for the staff in Dr. Kozak's office. They have all been extremely helpful and professional when it has come to my visits. I go into surgery on the 25th of Sept and I feel confident everything will be fine.
