Do not buy any Bunk Beds from this company unless you get them to assemble them for you.The pre drilled holes to connect the side rails to the head and foot boards do not line up and this makes them a nightmare to assemble. Also do not believe them when they tell you that this is not the case, I have purchased many many bunks from them over the last few years and this problem is on going.I will be posting a video on just how bad these bunks are to build on my YouTube channelAndy Commons Canada.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

I just put together 2 of the Riddle Loft Beds. I agree with some of the other reviews on here but I'll share my experience. First, the instructions are not good. I had to figure out how things lined up with some trial and error but I got it figured out eventually (probably took me at least an extra hour or two on the first bed). First, the holes they drilled for the bolts were not deep enough in several cases and I had to break out my drill and drill them deeper. There was one instance where they forgot to drill a hole for one of the vertical supports but thankfully there was a pencil line where it should have been and I was able to drill the hole and get it screwed in fine. Once I had figured out how to put it together, the 2nd bed went together much faster (about 3 hours). The first one took me about 5 hours. Be prepared to have it take a long time to get your order, especially if it is coming to the United States. I ordered mine on August 4th and it arrived on September 17th (I'm in the Bay Area of California). They never responded to the emails I sent to the email address on the Riddle website. When I called and talked to them, they said they were having email problems. I had to call them several times to get the tracking information because the emails didn't work. Also, when they send you the tracking number, be patient. It takes several days for the tracking information to show up (if it's coming to the US). Mine shipped via FedEx. I'm certain it got slowed down going through customs (plus the COVID19) situation probably slowed it down to. Now that said, I am very pleased with the quality of the beds! They look great and my kids really like them. The mattresses fit perfectly to. So bottom line, if you're will to put up with the hassles, you should get a good product.
