Staff is always helpful here. They have great selection and great deals for all your office supplies. It is easy to get carried away and buy more then you need. Who doesn't like back to school shopping? Today was buy 1 get 1 free on Epson Ecotank printer paper. One stop shop for all office items, including your travel mug.

It seems like staples has the exact same staff at all the locations. When you enter the store they all are excellent and provide the Best customer service. When I have to copy or pick up ink / paper pens anything for the office home or business....it's staples!

Just recently purchased a laptop at this store. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Special thanks to one of their employees Joesaiah.He was very kind, forthcoming and professional. He answered all my questions very well. Anyone looking for help at that store I definitely recommend finding him. You won't be disappointed.

Bought 100 business cards and was assured that they would be ready the following day. I go to pick them up and now they say it will be 7 days. Absolutely unqualified employees without the proper knowledge and functions of their jobs.

Drop off my mail here mostly. My rating is for this part of staples. Don’t really acknowledge you when standing there, girl was on the phone didn’t make any eye contact, when she was finished went on the computer , waited for her to finish , she turned around and whipped out her phone and started going on it. Like hello!!! Only been waiting 7 mins here to be served. Bad service should at least say one moment something while on the phone. Just find the service is slow. Just takes two seconds to drop off a package but end up waiting 5 mins or more to get service

Super ripoff... I'm so angry... I used the self service computer to scan 23 sheets which went perfect. I then tried to email them to me, the upload was good for the first couple of minutes then it stopped. I gave it a couple more minutes but nothing happened so I asked the associate for help. She suggested to either wait, try uploading the sheets one at a time or use a USB. I went out to my car and got a USB and uploaded the files in less than 30 seconds. When I complained that I was wasted more than 5 minutes that I was charged for because the system was not working properly she said you shouldn't have waited that long. Absolutely lovely customer service. I would give them a Zero if I could! Now, I'm waiting for my receipt to print which has not printed yet since I started writing this review.
