I would have to agree with Anna Sender. The final product was well done and delivered in a timely manner. The customer service was great. However, getting that final product took a lot of work from my part, basically doing the translation properly myself.I needed an official translation from spanish to english. Being fluent in both, I was floored by the first draft I was sent. It was a bit worse than google translate, and something I could have done at the tender age of 12 probably, not up to reasonable expectations from a licenced translator.I appreciate their attentiveness, the final product, and their fast service. But I would not recommend this to anyone who is not fluent in the languages involved in the translation, since your bound to get a very poor one.

I used their service to translate a document in Malay language (which I am fluent at) to English. The responses were quick and they assured me translating the document from Malay wouldn't be a problem at all, but when they sent the draft back to me, it was very disappointing. The translation was done for only half the document, there were mistakes in the translation and the numbers were all wrong (they did not COPY the numbers right). Good thing I am fluent at the language and had them correct all their mistakes, it felt like I translated half the document myself and they just followed my instructions. Very poor quality and I paid almost $200 for it. However, the service was quick. I'd only recommend their service if you know the language.

I used JR Language Translation Services to translate a number of communications to employees. I am very impressed with their prompt response with quotes and their delivery time on the finished product. Although their pricing is a little higher than other companies, we have received excellent feedback from our employees with respect to the quality of the translations. Would highly recommend this company.

I searched for many quotes with various companies for an English to Spanish translation for a company handbook for our employees. Though, theirs weren't the cheapest quotes offered out there, their professional proposal stuck out to me when I inquired. I worked with Yuisa, and Yuisa was extremely patient and kind with all my inquiries, and my continuous nitpicks. Yuisa made it effortless making it an easy experience overall. You send them the attachment(s) of what you want quoted, the language, any inquiries, give approval to the quote if desired, pay a certain amount right away, and will receive it in an understandable turnaround time. A few comments with regards to JR Language Translation Services:The final deliverables are well done. That is something that I was pleased with. However, getting to that point was very rocky and I would like to see more careful detail review from JR Translation Services. For instance, if I was not already fluent in Italian, I would not have spotted out that my order had been first translated into Albanian rather than Italian as requested. Additionally, when my documentation was translated (one of which was a death certificate), the Italian was quite sloppy. As an example, for verbiage in English as Date of Death

I had a time-sensitive request for a document to be translated into English from Swedish and I reached out to JR Language Translation Services for a certified translation. I ordered the document on Friday and it was in my inbox on Monday at Noon. I was also able to call and speak directly to the office in Toronto, and they walked me through the entire process. This was the first time I had to use a translation service, and I was very happy with how easy they made the process for me. I look forward to using them again for translation services.

JR Language helped us with a recent Arabic voice over project. JR Language was timely, helpful and provided a range of voice talent from which to choose the voice to fit our needs. Their service was excellent and ensured we were happy with the end product.
