I do come to this Starbucks often, usually great service. I have had the wrong drink made a couple of times, which resulted in drinking dairy, that I cannot have due to allergy. Today I mobile ordered, after waiting 40 minutes, watching people walk in, order and get their coffee, I asked where mine was. The girl said my order wasn’t there and to go ask the cashier. When I finally got to speak the the cashier, they found my order and told me it’ll be another 10-15 minutes. Meaning 1 single coffee, will take over an hour. This is unacceptable. The system is broken. I understand being busy, but over an hour for 1 coffee, is not okay. I was told I can accept the wait, or have a refund. I am really disappointed, and as someone who spends $7 on a coffee almost every day, I think I’ll have to start getting my daily coffee elsewhere.

This is by far one of the best Starbucks I've been to. The dude behind the till, Lance, was super friendly and appreciated my sense of humour. Very polite and helpful. If you sit by a window or outside, the views are unparalleled! You can also use the app to get some Starbucks points, because you can't use it at the Safeway across the parking lot. I will always come here when I'm in Canmore.

I was in a rush and had done a mobile order which I love. Got there and someone had taken my drink. Staff was great and made me a new one right away. Very much appreciated

Overall good experience. We forget our camera battery in the starbucks. And we leave from there and i call on restaurant number more then 20 calls but nobody responding. Then we again comeback by restaurant to pick the battery and i am asking i called u more then 20 times and why u people are not responding and she reply oh sir sorry actually phone is inside the drawer.

Long weekend Saturday morning, my partner and I were going to Banff and we decided to grab coffee at this location. The staff that was working that morning were all friendly & efficient. Usually there is a long wait for our order but this location was able to get it done right away. On top of the quick service, the drink was made to perfection! the right amount of splash for milk without over pouring & ruining the coffee. If only this location was closer!
