I have dropped a few packages and 2 were lost in a couple months apart after dropping in that location I don't know how. I can't blame anybody I have no proof of anything but I will not drop anything there again . The first one I tried so hard to retrieve it but I didn't get the dropping receipt so there was nothing to do I lost over $300. The second I'm still waiting for resolution this time I have the dropping receipt I hope I can have something solved.

I drop off several packages at this location every week and I'm beyond impressed with the service and help I receive. Owner goes above and beyond. Last time he even helped me unload from my car to make sure everything would make it on the truck. He didn't have to do that, but I truly appreciate it. I will keep coming back to this location.

Have been using this location for over 2 years and consistent excellent service. Kapil goes out of his way. Had lost over $1000 in items using Canada Post and a couriered parcel stolen after drop-off with home address. This UPS Store is a convenient and reliable shipping address for everything to go to instead, including any courier online delivery. Not a single thing missing or lost in over 24 months. Highly recommended.

I have dropped off and picked up hundreds of packages WITH 0 ISSUES AT ALL, even had shipped packs that can be worth up to $5000+ and they have been scanned and shipped with no problems at all.I have been going here for the past 2 years and it has been the best ups service I've dealt with. 0 problems for the last 2 years of business.Kapil goes above and beyond to help me with my packages and business. Their Certified Packing Experts damaged one of my items.Well, maybe not experts. I can't imagine a packing expert would think it's a good idea to place packing tape directly on irreplaceable paper goods. A store rep suggested this happened as the packer wanted to make sure the objects in the inner box were safe, but that doesn't make a lot of sense since those objects were left to rattle around with no packing.This could have easily been avoided if they just left that item alone or wrapped it in bubble wrap. Unfortunately they're pretty stingy with the bubble wrap. Only one item in the box was wrapped with it and not even completely. The gap between the two ends of bubble wrap was bridged with a piece of packing tape, its exposed adhesive only millimeters from the surface of another paper box. Through dumb luck nothing heavy was placed on the outer box which would have pressed down on that tape and adhered to yet another paper object.I appreciate the store rep reaching out to me when he heard about this. However the remedy offered was wholly inadequate. Given that I live over 2500 miles away, a coupon for this store is likely worthless. It appears that this store does not participate in the Pack and Ship Guarantee program by default which is very disappointing as their packers have no accountability without it.So no, I don't want your coupon.

Be careful shoe sellers!!! Always ask for the receipt, we have lost a pair of expensive shoes at this store and our second one seems not shipped yet, looks like still in that store, we do have the receipt this time so we will do something about it at least. Unfortunately we didn't ask for receipt first time so our buyer couldn't do nothing about it. He was so rude when lost the first pair and every time you drop shoes he immediately knows what they are, he always tries to not give you receipt so be persistent or never come there!
