Neil is a very very responsible broker. When we lsited our house in 2018 and the markt was declining, he advised us to wait. He was honest not caring about his commission, but about us getting the right price.We listed with him in May 2019 and sold in 4 weeks. He made sure we have an open house every Saturday. His follow up was amazing, so was the timing. An identical house just across from us sold for less, 59000 less. I can vouch for his ability and the interest he takes.

Mr. Neil McIntyre, the owner of a rental property next to my house at 184 Conestoga Drive, Brampton, ON. He’s a really funny individual. It’s so funny, he talks about providing excellent service to his clients but cannot even take care of his tenants broken fence since the past three years.For context, The fence was falling on my property and this gentleman didn’t even bother paying 20% of the overall cost of replacement. I ended up paying 3500$ from my own pocket. Mind you, I am not a millionaire - I invested my life savings in my property & wasn’t expecting that I will have to also pay for my neighbours attitude problems.He kept on ignoring his tenants request as well as they had kids play in the backyard & it was a safety hazard if the fence was to fall while they were playing but who cares “ as long I get my rent”If that’s not enough, one side of his rental property does not even has a fence after it broken down from the storm.
