We have been with Wee Watch since April 2019. Highly recommend if you're looking for an alternative to a daycare centre. Our provider and office staff have been attentive and communicative throughout the pandemic.

I've had a wonderful experience with Wee Watch, with two kids in care from 6 months. The home-care model is flexible and responsive to my and my children's needs. In each case they started part time, three days a week, until they were 10 months old. I also like the smaller group size offered at home care.My particular provider is beyond amazing; in addition to great activities and education they are getting some unique cultural education, including learning Spanish. That's what I love about home care. The Wee Watch model is even better because it helps with back-up daycare and administration.

Very disappointed in Wee Watch West Toronto! They are clearly out to make money and don’t know how to treat clients nor how to run a business. No one deserves to be left scrambling for infant daycare after they’ve been promised a specific space with ZERO explanation. Wee Watch didn’t even pick up the phone and instead they just emailed us the news that they all of a sudden no longer had our infant space. Save your time, stay away and look elsewhere so you don’t get treated the way we did.

Wee Watch has been nothing but amazing for our daughter who started when she was a year old (now 2). We are so happy with the caregiver, and the constant communication.We are currently expecting our 2nd child and we already know we will enroll him with Wee Watch! Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with Wee watch! The provider understood my kid so well that i never felt the need to tell or explain her anything! More importantly, my kid used to look forward to go to her and always came back happy. The provider would promptly bring anything unusual to me for example my kid taking a bit longer nap than usual. This showed she actually cared. And the agency itself was so accommodating and responsive. Highly Highly recommended

We are super grateful that our little one ended up in Gennathul's care. We had a tough first few weeks, but our daughter has adjusted so well to daycare, and it's obvious that she adores Gennathul. Knowing that she's in good care makes it much easier to leave her.

Our experience with Wee Watch has been excellent! They provided us with great options for providers perfectly timed for when we needed. Shaheeda is extremely caring and provides a wonderful environment for our toddler; she truly loves the kids in her care and misses them when they aren't in. My girl is always so happy to go to daycare and has learned so much in her time there - both her physical and verbal skills have come so far in only a few months. They also provide so much flexibility in times - 7am-6pm - and she has always said not to worry should anything come up and we needed to be late. Highly recommend!
