Great, helpful, but not obnoxious staff. Knowledgeable about the products and policies. Go in person if you're struggling with the choices online! It's nice to test products out, too.

I had a gift certificate for Sephora that my husband gave me for my birthday. $250. I don’t wear much makeup and was kinda upset he got me this bc I thought it would be a waste of money. Makeup really isn’t that important to me. When I walked into the store I was introduced to a young girl named Zaima and we walked around and she educated me on a lot of the products and what they could do for me. I was looking for products that took out redness in the skin. She pointed out the top two in the store and let me try them. I asked for mascara that helped make my lashes look full. We went over those options as well. We looked at highlighters, contour colours, eyebrow pencils and we finalized the look with a plumping lip gloss that had hyaluronic acid for hydration.Honestly I didn’t think I was going to find a look that I could wear everyday that was still natural. Like I said I don’t want to have thick makeup on. But I was seriously impressed with what we came up with. Zaima was very sweet, patient and knowledgeable on the products. She never gave up on helping me even though I got frustrated at times. I could tell she really loves her job and gets along with all the staff well. She is young but has a passion for makeup and helping people feel good. Thanks Zaima for being so patient with me. I’ll be back soon to talk makeup with you again!! Final look-see photo below!! Went in today without an appointment booked online for a 60 minute full face and everyone was so helpful and got one of the best girls I’ve ever had there to do my face! Jaida was amazing and she made sure to check in everytime she did something on my face and she fully described how and what she was doing. She will be my go to girl from now on.

I frequent the mall quite often but I try to avoid Sephora unless absolutely necessary. It's always very loud and very hot which makes me want to leave as soon as I enter. I don't usually get greeted when I enter or acknowledged till I've reached the back of the store. I've always wondered if the fact I don't wear any makeup has something to do with it. I've heard rumours from Sephora employees over the years that they are encouraged to pay less attention to customers like myself. The last time I visited I walked in at the same time as a young woman wearing more makeup than me and the Sephora employer stopped her and greeted her but not me.... honestly I don't mind being left alone to shop I am just disappointed by the possible double standard.

I went there on 2 occasions to get some makeup. Both times, I was not greeted by the employees. One employee dodged me, one was standing there on her phone the whole time and a few others were standing in a circle talking. I kept on looking at the employees and noone came to help. There were very little customers in the store, so I figured I would for sure get help. I went to the Cornwall mall location around 11:45 am on May 7/22. It was very frustrating. I would not recommend this location.

I’m not so much rating the store because I hate these types of places. I am rating my brow artist, she did a great job and should have her own studio.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but overall this store is very poorly managed… almost the entire The Ordinary display was empty and they took away the testers for the out of stock products so you can’t even try them and decide if you’d like to order online. I rarely go to Cornwall cause there isn’t much selection there but I made a point to pay for parking and go today so I could try a few specific products. I had to ask them to pull the testers back out so I could test out what I came to try. They were all messily stashed in the drawer at the bottom.This is so counterintuitive…maybe leave the testers out so people can decide if they want to wait for a restock or just order from the website!?Other displays were also very dirty and poorly maintained… NARS especially powder everywhere and lots of damaged product. Perfume bottles were also sticky, feel like they’ve never been wiped. Do staff not clean the place? I’ve been to locations in other cities that get far more foot traffic and the stores were all much better maintained.

Floored by the disgusting under kept condition of this store. Every surface is filthy, the testers are covered in their own product, dirt and smudges literally everywhere. There was 10 people working all standing around harassing customers if they need anything (in the 10 minutes I was in there I was approached 7 times to see if I needed anything).

I visited this location two days in a row to purchase some products I was really excited to try. Upon entering the store I was not greeted by a single employee, I was actually dodged by one. Both days I noticed the staff helping and greeting other customers but completely ignoring myself. I often had to ask the cashier where to find certain products because the associates on the floor were busy chatting with each other. The second day I went I noticed two employees watching me as if I was going to steal. As they watched me they began to chat about their personal life, not bothering to ask if I needed help (I did need help). After only finding a few products on my list I went to the till where I saw about 5 employees in a huddle chatting about personal subjects. Over all my experience was very poor, which saddens me considering I’ve been shopping here for over 6 years and never had such poor service.
