A fixer upper for sure but that doesn’t mean much when the atmosphere is so great. Truly underground, great place to headbang and smoke.

Last case I purchased every single bag had more tobacco sitting at the bottom of EVERY bag that I could probably roll another bag myself! Quite the joke. As soon as I would light a cigarette it would burn HALF way down because half of the tobacco had fallen out. I will find a new place now, one where the tobacco stays in the cigarette!
